Progression

I have been slowly creating the harness and gathering materials for this confusing costume. I found two skirts from Goodwill. The first one has two layers of ruffles and the other skirt I found was a similar fabric so I layered them, this creating the three layered black skirt! I will be cutting the back of the skirts open to create a dress (with a top being sewn and added of course) with a large zipper down the back. I hope this makes sense.
